Adults：Rinse with 10ml thoroughly for one minute and spit out, at lleast 2 mins, 1-2 times daily, Don't eat, drink or rinse within 30 min

Children 6-12 years use 5ml. Adults and Children over 12 years use 10ml, Use once a weekor as directed, preferably at bedtime after thoroughly brushing the teeth, rinse vigorously around mouthand between teeth for one minute, then spit out. For maximum benefit, do not eat, drink or rinse mouth for at least 30 minutes after use.
